About
The combination of freight operations experience, compliance depth, and technical execution is rare. That combination is the product.
I’ve operated inside trucking. I’ve worked through brokerage compliance, carrier onboarding failures, insurance and factoring friction, document chaos, and the kind of inbox archaeology that most freight operators live in every day — but nobody’s ever mapped.
I’ve also built the technology side: the systems, the automations, the AI agents, the integrations, the dashboards, and the custom tools that turn what a freight company already has into what it actually needs.
That’s a combination most freight companies have never had access to. The freight consultant who can quote you on compliance usually can’t build the system. The software developer who can build the portal usually doesn’t know what freight operations actually need. FreightCTO is both.
The Work
I am the architect of the TNH IQ SmartPlan— a profitability and planning tool used by tens of thousands of logistics operators in the Truck N’ Hustle community. I am also the architect of FreightIQChain, a decentralized trust and identity infrastructure for the freight industry, currently in development.
The proof of concept that drives the Freight Operations Audit methodology came from parsing 53,000+ emails, identifying 46,000+ freight-relevant records, extracting 7,000+ PDFs, and reconstructing 21 months of operating historyfrom a single company’s inbox. That analysis identified compliance gaps, revenue leakage, workflow breakdowns, and monetization opportunities that were invisible inside the day-to-day operation.
That is not a case study from someone observing the industry. That is what happens when you combine years inside freight with the technical capability to actually build what’s needed.
The Background
I come from a family of builders. My father is a mechanical engineer with decades in the automotive industry — the kind of person who takes things apart to understand how they work and brings other people along to do the same. I brought that same approach to freight.
I operate at the intersection of freight operations, technology development, and the logistics operator community that Truck N’ Hustle has built. When those three things connect in the same room, unusual things become possible.
